All prices on the website are with VAT included and therefore final. Upon ordering the product(s) to a package station or an address of one’s choice, a delivery charge of €3 will apply.


Purchases may be performed either registered or unregistered.
Registering as a user has the following advantages:
  • You do not have to add your details on subsequent orders
  • You receive information about discounts and campaigns
  • You can view your purchase history
  • The purchase history allows you to apply for payment terms for 7, 14, 21 or 30 days.

Ordering methods

1. Shopping basket
To buy a product, choose the product, quantity and click "Add to basket". After clicking the button the product has been added to your shopping basket. After you have added all the required products to the shopping basket, choose the method of delivery and payment.
2. Ordering by phone
The order may be made through the phone by calling +372 740 8787.
3. Ordering by email
The order may be sent to ene@sulemees.ee. Adding the customer's name and phone number is required. Emails without these details will be ignored.
4. Ordering by fax
The order may be sent to the fax number +372 740 8788.


Payment for the order may be done as follows:
1. Bank link
The following bank links may be chosen:
SEB bank
LHV bank
Luminor bank
Coop bank
After confirming the purchase you will be sent an order confirmation letter. If you are paying for the order using the bank link, then make sure to click "Back to merchant" after performing the purchase.
2. Transfer
Should you not wish to use the bank link, you may demand the bill through email. The bill will be sent in a PDF format. The bill must be paid to Sulemees OÜ's Swedbank bank account in 5 work days after completion of the order. If the money has not been transferred to our bank account, the order will be cancelled.
3. Cash payment
Cash payments can be made only at our offices in Tartu and Tallinn.


When ordering, choose the method of delivery from the following:
1. Omniva package station - postal fee 3 EUR
2. Itella package station - postal fee 3 EUR
3. DPD courier to shipping address - postal fee 3 EUR
4. Self-pickup - you pick up your goods yourself from our office in either Tartu or Tallinn.

The usual delivery time is 2 work days to mainland Estonia and 3 work days to the islands. You will be contacted if the prognosed delivery time is longer.
We send packages with the courier service DPD to 22 duty-free European countries.
Those countries are Finland, Sweden, Poland, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Denmark, Luxembourg, Hungary, Great Britain, France, Republic of Ireland, Slovenia, Italy, Spain, Croatia, Bulgaria, Portugal, Romania. The list of countries may change. The delivery time to European countries is usually 3-6 work days. Delivery fee to European countries starts from €16. Sulemees OÜ does not engage in customs formalities.

Refunds and replacements

The buyer has the right to return the goods to the seller for up to 14 days after receiving them.
The buyer has to send the goods at their own expense to the address Lembitu 6, Tartu. The buyer will receive their refund on the next work day after the arrival of the returned goods.

The returned goods can not be used and need to be in the original packaging. (Eesti Vabariigi Võlaõiguse seadus https://www.riigiteataja.ee/akt/961235).
Replacement of faulty goods is in 14 days at the seller's expense and at the buyer's expense from the 15th day forward.
Replacement of faulty prints by Sulemees will always be at the seller's expense, whoever from the product was bought or when the fault was discovered.

Cancelling your order

Cancelling your order is possible as long as it has not been shipped from our warehouse.
If the order has been shipped, we will handle the situation as a return. The buyer will organize the return of the goods and will pay the delivery charge both ways.
